Dear Laptop Recipient,

We are delighted to have the opportunity to support your project through IT donations promoting "digital inclusion."

However, with every IT donation, you also assume a responsibility. Properly used technology is an effective means of supporting those who need help most urgently.

However, misused technology can also harm the environment. Therefore, by applying for and receiving IT donations, you automatically accept the following terms:

1. The IT donations will be used exclusively for the purposes described in the above application by your organization.

2. If you wish to use IT donations for a different purpose, you must first contact Labdoo: LabdooCH@labdoo.org.

   ---

3. Only schools or projects can apply for IT donations, not individuals.

   ---

4. IT donations may only be removed from the school/project premises with Labdoo's permission (e.g., teachers may not take IT donations home). If Labdoo inspectors visit the project and find that IT donations are missing, the school/project will be excluded from further IT donations by Labdoo and will NOT be able to receive any more IT donations.

5. If a problem or malfunction occurs with donated IT equipment, please contact the Labdoo team at LabdooCH@labdoo.org, providing your email address, the Labdoo ID (number) of the defective IT equipment, and a brief explanation. The following incidents must always be reported:
   • In case of irreparable damage, the IT donation must be recycled or repaired.
   • If an IT donation doesn't work or whenever its status changes.

6. Please send an email every six months with the list of IT donations and their status (IT donation working or not) to LabdooCH@labdoo.org.

   You will receive the free IT donations from Labdoo exclusively for educational purposes. In return, you agree that the laptops will not be used for commercial purposes. By submitting this application, you agree not to charge any fees for the use of the computers.

8. IT donations may not be sold, loaned, or exchanged.

   ---

9. If IT donations cannot be located, a school/project will be excluded from further IT donations and will NOT be able to receive any further IT donations.

10. By submitting this completed application, the applicant confirms to Labdoo.org that they hold all rights to documents submitted now or in the future and grant Labdoo.org permission to publish them. Furthermore, the applicant confirms that they have obtained permission from all children, teachers, guardians, legal representatives, and/or individuals who benefit from Labdoo's IT donations to take and publish photographs. Labdoo expressly points out that submitted documents and photographs will be published both offline and online and will therefore be accessible to third parties. Labdoo uses the photographs solely to illustrate and document the project.
